Inbox stopped does one try and resolve this?

all the sync databases sync fine, but for some reason of the last 2 weeks the inbox has stopped syncing…i have no clue how to debug this. Here is the current sync profile

how does one approach and try to resolve this?



Please post screencaps showing pertinent info, for example what kind of sync is this? You can’t tell from this picture.

using dropbox as the sync option, latest Devonthink at both Mac and iOS devices, happy to provide any other info needed



No worries. It may be the sproadic Dropbox issue some people have reported.

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
