Indexing a CSV

I chose a csv for indexing and DTP has appropriately indexed it as a sheet. However, if I make any changes in the csv and tell DTP to syncrhonize, it doesn’t appear to do anything–it doesn’t update the index with the modifications.

Can you sync CSVs with indexing?
