Hello,
a similar question has been asked before but my situation is a bit different, so here it goes.
I compile a lot of .tex documents with an app called Texifier, both on Mac and iPad. I need to open folders on this app, because many of my latex documents contain images that need to be in the same folder of the .tex file.
On Mac I can index these folders, and then from DT I open the .tex and it works well.
I can’t do the same with DTTG on iPad though – it seems that on the iPad I must go through the Files app (I can open the .tex file from DTTG of course, but although in the same group, the images are not seen).
What I do now is I just work outside of DT via a folder in iCloud and it’s fine; but it would be nice the have these files inside DT: these latex documents are always changing and growing, and it would be annoying to have to import the PDFs into DT every time I make a change.
Maybe I could index an iCloud folder? I know it’s best not to do so, but it seems like it could solve my problem.
Thank you!
