I have had this problem several times now. I work with DT and at some point I notice that the sync does not work.
What could be the reason? Restart did not bring anything and changes I have not made in the last few days. It comes suddenly in my opinion.
It might be helpful to mention how are you are syncing
As mentioned many times in the forums and elsewhere, if you have a sync issue…
- Is there anything reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
- Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, touch it. What does it report?
