Insert Horizontal Rule in Formatted Notes and HTML File

Hello folks here,

Newbie of this forum.

I switch to DEVONthink from Evernote. In the time I use Evernote, I always use function ”Insert Horizontal Rule“ to arrange content within a note. In essence, this is just insert

.

Currently, I can use “Text Alternative” to manually insert

, but is hard to locate the place I eager to insert and this progress is hard to automated.

Request is: add a button to insert

Tag along with highlight and mark up tool in toolbar.
