I start my day with an iOS shortcut that gathers a bunch of weather and other info, formats it and creates a markdown doc in my Journal database. I’ve been using this shortcut for at least five years.
I got this message when I ran it just now.
“this action requires a valid subscription or one time purchase”
I was also greeted by the update message when I opened the app so I am guessing there’s a connection.
I’m still on DTTG 3 because my old phone can’t update to iOS26. But otherwise my phone is fully updated to what’s available. I can run DTTG normally in any other mode.
Which version of DEVONthink To Go do you use? There’s a related issue in 3.8.15 and 3.8.16 is currently reviewed by Apple.
The issue is indeed fixed in 3.8.16.
Ah. Good to know. I am on 3.15. I shall await the update to be released from the clutches of our Apple overlords.

Yeah and I keep looking at the App Store like Charlie Brown checked the mailbox 
I’ve taken out some personal info and some other hooks to LogSeq and other specifics. I think this gives you an idea of what it can do though.
Not sure which method of sharing shortcuts, by link or file, is the best way on this forum.
