iPad not syncing with Box

Hello.

I just got DT Pro and love it.

I was able to sync through Box on my iPhone atfter a little initial trouble, but my iPad won’t budge.

I get an error that my credentials can’t be authenticated. I have entered everything correctly. I did have it working before but it wasn’t syncing anything. I downloaded the app twice with no help there.

I get the image attached as a message when I try now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try logging out of Box online and logging back in. You may need to answer a Captcha.
