Is a Database UUID unique on each computer?

I have a large DT3 database (dtBase file is about 285 Gb) which I need to install on an employee’s computer so the database on each computer syncs with the other.

Doing an “Import” through the Sync UI would take quite a bit of time via Internet.

Is there any issue if I instead copy the .dtBase file (or a .zip file of it) to a USB stick or removable SSD and then copy it to the empoyee’s computer? Or is the UUID for the database unique to each computer and thus might there be problems moving a copy of my database to a different computer and then syncing them to each other via a WebDav sync store?

Just like your Social Security Number, a UUID is unique only to a database, regardless of what device it’s copied or synced to.
