I am assuming that this is where you can ‘ocr’ handwriting. I searched the manual and the instructions are in the section “AI ASSISTED TRANSCRIPTION” page 91, if I searched and landed on the right page, there is some stuff on page 221 as well that I am reviewing.
I am using LM Studio, have the API working and can converse with the AI, will this permit the image of the handwriting to get recognized? Do I need a specific model loaded into LM Studio?
Right now : Recognition > Transcribe Text and Notes : Does nothing, no error, no new file, opening the pdf does not have the ability to search…
Question:
What are the set up steps to import handwriting in a PDF (or other format) and have DT4 recognize the handwriting making it searchable?
p.s. (I did not see a tutorial, did ‘search the manual’ but did not read all 354 pages of this incredibly well written manual)
