Hi, I was trying to use rules to label replicates automatically. I use the “item is replicated” condition, but that leaves me with both the original file and replicate labelled. So is there any condition I can leverage to make this works? Sorry for asking such a dumb question.

There’s no such thing like an original, all replicants are the same instance. Changing one changes the others. It’s not an alias, more like Unix hard links in the filesystem.
Except for groups; we can change a group without changing the others
