Is there a quick way to convert global smart rules and groups to local ones?

I can’t drag and drop global smart rules into databases to make them local. Do I really need to rewrite the smart rules and groups from scratch ?

Smart rules are always global; they can never be local.

And no you can’t drag global smart groups into databases to make local ones at this time. This may be possible in a future release.
