I have occasions where my databases report missing files. I go through my files one at a time to find out which files are missing. There should be a way to get a list of the missing files but I can’t find it. Is there a way to determine which files are missing without having to go through all the files individually?
As noted in the Help > Documentation > Troubleshooting > Repairing a defective database > Missing Files, they are listed in Window > Log.

I have 516 missing files after some shuffling - is there a way of identifying these documents in a search to deal with them at once?
You can’t search help for missing files as missing is not a property of a record. If you were removing the files, you can Shift or Command-click items in the Log window to select multiple items.
