Issue With Dropbox Syncing

I’m able to sync from my Macbook to Dropbox and to my iPhone; however, I see a message pop up in the background of my iPhone “Invalid Encryption Key”. The odd part is changes made on my Macbook are being reflected on my iPhone. I also use a password manager and have validate the password on my Macbook is the same as my iPhone. To add more of a complication I’m not seeing my database at all on the iPad and notice if I quickly leave the select database menu I see the same encryption error.

So, I’m a bit confused on where this issue lives. Appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.
