All databases are syncing correctly across my devices except the “Global Inbox” synced via DEVONthink To Go (DTTGO). ( Cloudkit )
The Global Inbox does not sync between my Mac and iPad. Any new files added to the inbox on one device do not appear on the other.
Troubleshooting already done (on both Mac and iPad) Clean Database , Verify , Repair
After running these on the Mac, it successfully downloaded missing files from DTTGO, but the sync still doesn’t propagate new changes. All other databases continue to sync without any issues. just the global inbox is working.
In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and select Help > Report Bug to start a proper support ticket.
I had the same problem two weeks ago. The issue finally pushed me to switch from iCloud sync to Bonjour local sync
Something that I noticed is that the sync of the Global Inbox lags behind in the sync. I noticed this for at least a week.
Today, the sync of the Global Inbox has stopped on iPhone and iPad.
repairing the Global Inbox on the Mac resolved the sync issue … for a short time. There is a “duplicate identifies” that produces the error. Repair on the Mac works, initially, to reappear when syncing with DTTG.
