Issue with on demand downloading

I have the latest versions of DTPO and DTTG and have a problem with downloading documents. I’m using WebDAV on CloudMe.com.

My iPhone and iPad are set to download files on demand. The problem is when I choose to download a document (have tried text and pdf types) I am unable to view them. They appear to download (due to the time taken) but then are not displayed. I still just see the same download prompt/option but without an active link to download again.

FYI I have only recently started using DT and are able to download/view some documents (I can’t workout the logic to this failure).

Are you indexing content in your databases on the Mac?
If so, are you synchronizing the content of indexed items? (You should be.)

Hi, thanks for the reply. At the moment all of my entries are imported rather than held outside the database and indexed.
