Issue with Safari on new MacBook Pro

Every time I try to save an article from Safari to DT Pro using the extension or otherwise link to DT (for example by saving bookmarked links to DT pages in Safari), a popup appears asking me "Do you want to allow this page to open “DEVONthink Pro Office”? Every single time.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there some way to turn this off?

Issues after installing 10.12.2

I have experienced a number of problems with certain apps after updating to 10.12.2. With regard to Devonthink, when I want to use the “Clip to Devonthink” in Safari, I now get a warning message saying “Do you want to allow this page to open Devonthink Pro Office” everytime I try and use it. Does anyone know how to prevent this dialog box from appearing? Many Thanks Paul

after updating safari to Version 10.0.2 I get a popup "Do you want to allow this page to open “DEVONthink Pro Office” when clipping a website to dtpo. This was not the case before the update, it is annoying to click ‘ok’ each time as I do this often. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to turn it off? New Pop-Up Window When Importing A Safari Webpage

I recently began getting this pop-up window every time I use the Safari DT import extension: [Pop-Up Window.jpg] I’ve checked DT and Safari preferences but I cannot locate a setting that controls this action. Up to this point I also haven’t been able to identify another app that could be responsible. I’d like to get rid of it because it’s one more click and I use the DT extension a lot.

@acoyne: No worries. Trust us, it’s as annoying to us and MANY other people as well. We would not put up something like that with no option to not dismiss it (unless it was something VERY critical that people should be VERY concerned about).
