you should not save to DEVONthink to the inbox folder. please follow the instructions that have been posted in this forum.

Thanks @vinschger for the advice. And I also found out the reason for the other unwanted behaviour. I had to adapt the setting in the scansnap profile:
“Senden an” to “Keine” (do nothing) - and so nothing happens. Scans go to folder “Actions” now, where Hazel is waiting for it. 
And yes, that’s not our dialog
