keep new group in sync with a specific folder on icloud

I would greatly appreciate if someone can help with the following:

I want to be able to keep a group/ folder in a database in sync with a particular folder on my icloud or in my documents on my computer. e.g. Instead of having to manually add/ upload to a Devonthink database all new docs or files added in a folder on my computer, I would like to be able to do it in a more ‘automatic’ way, thus keeping the database and particular group in sync with the particular folder on my computer.

Any ideas how to do that?

The easiest solution is to index the folder (see File > Index… or Cmd-Alt-drag & drop). Afterwards selecting or opening the group will semi-automatically update it.
