I’m a long time Devonthink user. Upgraded to Devonthink3 after it was released. Everything was fine, but before this Christmas suddenly my license stopped working and now it expired. On my account i see only Devonthink Pro Office purchase. And forgot to backup my license number - cant find on email either. How to get Devonthink3 back?
Hi - there are a couple of threads explaining why this might have happened. They won’t help you though, because you can’t find your license details. Open a support ticket with sales from the website (noting, please, that some staff are on holiday until the 7th, so might take a little longer than otherwise to respond).
