Last year, our user Derek Jones shared on our forum how he uses DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go for his work as a lighting designer for various small and large live events, television shows, and video shoots. A good part of it involves paperwork that comes up regularly — documents for travel and accommodation, financial documents, concepts and visualizations, PDFs of all kinds, and so on. Derek explains how he uses templates, tags, OCR, DEVONthink’s internal AI, item links, and notes to organize and structure his jobs.
