Hello everybody!
I am using DEVONThink Pro Office to manage all incoming and outgoing letters both being PDF documents. I am using a single document group and a bunch of tags.
To effectively manage these documents I need a way to create multiple (ideally annotated) links from one document to another.
Example:
Document 1: Letter from a company
Document 2: My answer
Doc 2 should contain a link to Doc 1 together with a description, e. g. “answer to” or simply “related”.
The only way I found so far is to copy a link to Doc 1 and inserting it in the URL field in Doc 2. This way, however does not offer the ability to add a description to the link and is limited to just one link per document.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
