I recently downloaded DTO and fully enjoy the product. I have archived Apple Mail messages through the ‘Message | Add to DEVONthink Pro Office’ function within Mail 4.2. The archiving process works fine but does not carry over images - and the original email weblinks light up but are non-functional. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
That’s because the default view of archived email in DTPO2 is Apple’s Quick Look.
Click on the little Text icon in the navigation bar above the document pane. Now you will be able to view images, click hyperlinks and select/copy text.
It would be useful if we could turn off the Quicklook default for email.
