I have translated your program into Russian for personal purposes. Everything works fine except for the Inprinter tab in Settings.
If Stamps are configured, then the tab does not open at all. If they are not there, then the tab opens, but when you try to add a Stamp, the program crashes.
I noticed that even if you put an empty ru.lproj directory, the program crashes.
Please tell me why this is happening?

I can no longer refuse localization - I need a program in my native language.

What you are doing is unsupported, so it should no surprise if something doesn’t work as expected.
