Lost all columns except title

Not sure what happened, but each group used to show title, last modified date, and kind. But now only the title shows. I can add date and kind but it only sticks for the group in which I set it.

Is there some button I pressed that made the columns hide? If not, how can I have the same columns appear for every database and group?

Right click in the row with the name field

And also toggle things on and off via View > List Columns.

Turns out that the app was acting up. I quit the app, restarted, and all of my columns are back.
