Items scanned into DT (ScanSnap /s510M) no longer are searchable in Spotlight. The Search function within DT works great, but doing a Spotlight search for the same term yields nothing found.
Choose File > Database Properties for your database and make certain that the option, ‘Create Spotlight Index’ is checked. If it is already checked, click on the ‘Rebuild’ button to rebuild the database index cache that’s supplied to Spotlight.
In a Spotlight search, click the option to display all the results.
If files within your database are still not found, I would suggest rebuilding your Launch Services database and Spotlight’s index.
