I’m seeing this problem on two Macs (MBA M4, Mac Studio M2), both with Tahoe 26.2, DT4.1.1 and Shortcuts 7.0.
I noticed this because I tried to install @BLUEFROG’s shortcut in this thread: Make “Annotation” available in DT items in Shortcuts - #9 by BLUEFROG .
When I try to edit the shortcut I get this:
(Spoiler: I do have DT4 installed…) Clicking on either ‘View in App Store’ button does nothing – nothing happens at all. If I try to create a new shortcut, DEVONthink does not appear in the available apps list either, so this is clearly a systematic issue, not one with @BLUEFROG’s shortcut.
I have toggled Full Disk Access off and on for both Shortcuts and DEVONthink, and I have rebooted, and there is no improvement. (BTW, DEVONthink is the only app which is not recognised by Shortcuts in this way.)
What have I missed, please? What steps can I can take to troubleshoot this problem?
