I’m sure this is known and the code’s being coded, but just FYI, I got this prompt when using a folder action script to import and OCR a file into DT. I’m running 2.10.2 on Mojave.
You can ignore it. Apple is (again) making a much bigger deal out of something that really isn’t that big a deal at this point. It’s also something that will be tended to well before macOS 10.15 (which is really the (alleged) deadline).
