Since updating to this combination, my trustworthy scanning into DT3 via my ScanSnap ix500 with OCR by DT3 hangs at the “exporting” stage and never completes. I must X out of the window. (see image) This is new behavior and leaves me dead in the water. I haven’t changed any configurations. I’m stuck. Any ideas? Thank you. PS - The forum is treating me as a new user (not) and won’t allow me to upload the image.
You joined in November of 2024 but have had no real interactions except reading some posts. This is why your trust level is still at the new user level.

What specifically did you update? You have three things listed here.

What I should have updated was my brain. Operator error all the way, problem fixed. The dialog box whereby I could title the scanned document and add tags, etc. was hidden from me (my error) and thus DT3 could not complete its task until it was dismissed. Sorry to have wasted your time, but I am back on track with your great product. Best, Scott.
