Markdown Not Displaying

DevonthinkPro suddenly stopped displaying markdown documents when in the view mode.

The view changes when I switch to Viewer Mode but all the formatting displays as raw text.
viz: #This is my title

Any suggestions as to a possible cause.

That was an anonymous example.

More accurate example would be:

#Requesting Restricted Zones

##Required information

###Registration Number

###Registration Number

###URL To Register

[URL To Get Authorization] (https://www.xxxxxxxxxxx)

I inserted the space in the URL line to show the format I used, otherwise the webpage formats it as a URL.

MultiMarkdown 6 requires a space between the # sign and the header text.
