When using inline MathJax formulas within Chinese text, the rendering behavior is inconsistent. Specifically, the spacing between Chinese characters and inline formulas varies, leading to visual discrepancies.
That’s a known issue that will be fixed by the next release.
Great!
Thanks for the great effort, the bug is fixed. However, a new bug occurred
I suppose there’s something wrong if two math environments in same line.
Thanks for letting us know, we will investigate this.
On my side everything renders nicely when I change from $ latex $ to \\( latex \\)
Thanks, I get that $ is not a stable math delimiter.
The ulmulm’s NEW problem still exists in Ver. 4.2.2. I wonder if it is related to this modification. I have also given feedback on this problem before (#249329). Combined with the MMD official document I have been reading recently, on page 36, $ and the outside must have spaces. Therefore, I have an idea that some of the situations I feedback at that time should be treated as grammatically wrong (in the case of no external spaces), which leads to the inability to display normally. In this case, it should not be “displayed normally” by modifying DT. Please confirm whether this new problem occurs because of modifying DT to adapt to all situations. If so, then DT should not be modified to adapt to all situations (especially when the syntax is wrong).
If it’s not caused by this reason, please ignore my idea.
The new issue is most likely caused by the workaround for MultiMarkdown. Anyway, there’s already a better solution in the pipeline.
Great, thank you for your optimization. ![]()
