I have some image files that I’ve imported from my iPhone. I’m trying to merge a couple of them into a single document. If I select them both (they’re in the same group) and choose Tools → Merge 2 Images, I end up with a PDF with two blank (white) pages.
The images were shot consecutively in landscape orientation on an iPhone, and I’ve imported them as JPEGs. They’re the same size, orientation, and aren’t enormous (the biggest is 3.8 MB)
I’ve also tried with a couple of other images shot on the same day, one landscape, one portrait, and in that case I end up with an enormous empty landscape page, and a normal-size page that actually contains the portrait image.
I believe I’ve merged multiple images into PDFs before without too much hardship.
I’m using DEVONthink 4.1.1 on an M2 Pro Mac Mini with 32GB of RAM, Tahoe 26.0.1. I’ve tried restarting DEVONthink, and restarting the Mac.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Matt
