I’m trying to merge two PDF+Text files in DTh4, but the merge option in the Tools dropdown is grayed out after I select the two files. Am I doing something wrong?

Look at the right side of the Navigation bar over the view/edit pane.
Do any of the PDFs have a lock (locked permissions), key (encrypted), or slashed pencil (read-only) icon?
No, there’s no lock, key, or slashed pencil there.
Any other ideas for me?
Open a support ticket and attach a screencast of the behavior.
