Somewhere I read that you need to migrate your DT2 database to DT3. Is that necessary and how do you do it?
It appears that the DT2 database opens in DT3 but I’m unwilling to play around with this until I get some official word that it is OK.

I don’t know where you’re reading that, but no.
There has been no change in the file format of our databases, so yes they open just fine in DEVONthink 3.
PS: If it is clear you read something about needing to “migrate your DT2 database”, and you know where you read it, let them know it’s incorrect so others aren’t lead down the wrong path. Thanks.
