Missing file from Files.noindex

Every time I open the application the log pops up with the following errors:

~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox.dtBase2/Files.noindex/pdf/b/K080921.pdf

~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox.dtBase2/Files.noindex/pdf/c/K080921 1.pdf

How do I locate and remove this file to address this issue? It doesn’t appear in search results.

The message is kind of inaccurate, the next beta will fix this. These files are either stored in the folder ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox or in the Sorter. Just remove them from there and everything should be fine.
