OK, as of Monday AM the Data Base Properties window is identical for the 2 macs except for

The “Total:” fields are no identical.
Would any ios information be helpful?
Do both Macs use the same versions of macOS?

Are the numbers identical after a rebuild (see File > Rebuild Database…)?
I rebuilt the datat base on both machines and this is what I get:
One group seems to exist only in one database but all the documents should be in both databases. And both the macOS and DEVONthink version are absolutely identical?
Currently:
iphone: 797.4 mb, 1497 files
ipad: 802.3, 1493
