More info on search syntax and searching in Devonthink

Hi,

I’ve installed D/sphere to test and see if it will add value in my daily workflow.

I’ve checked this

as well I did some search in this forum.

My question is: is there some place/document where whole search syntax is documented:

for ex I’ve noticed that search operators from Devonthink like “name:” or “added” work in DevonSphere, but not “scope:” ?

Thanks

There is no scope: operator in DEVONsphere Express as there are no scopes to work with.
You are looking at the correct documentation for DEVONsphere. However, if you have enabled searching DEVONthink databases, its search prefixes can be used, e.g., added:today. Those prefixes are in the Appendix > Search Operators and Search Prefixes section of DEVONthink’s help.

I will clarify that in the documentation for a future release.
