moving files from global inbox

Hello,

i always import my files to go to the global inbox first and then i manually move them to the database and directories within the database.
it is unfortunately quite annoying to do so because of the way devonthink works. when i drag a file to an open database and hover over the database, DT won’t automatically show me the directories of the database. so i have to drop it in the inbox of the database.
then i have to remove the file from the global inbox.

isn’t there a way to pull it off faster ?

Christian has noted that a future release will include ‘Move To’ from the Global Inbox.

Check out the options in Preferences > Import-Destination. You might prefer, for example, “Select group”.
