I use Devonthink Server 4.02. In my sidebar under “Extra,” all the information behind “Tips & Tricks” “Scripts” Template" and more is empty.
How can I recover this data?

All that information comes from our site. Are you using a firewall or an app like LittleSnitch? If so, you need to allow exceptions for DEVONthink’s traffic.
I am not using littleSnitch but I will check my firewall.
Firewall is off: All connections are allowed.
Did I probably configure something incorrectly in the settings of Devonthink?
There are no settings related to the extras. Did you maybe modify the localizations of the app?

It work again! I just reinstall Devonthink 4.0.2 again

Did you just download the app again and overwrite the existing version on your machine?
Yes, I re-downloaded DEVONthink and the issue has been resolved. Strangely enough, there is a difference between the two files. The new one I installed is 169.7MB, while the old DEVONthink file was 131.1MB, even though they had the same file size?!? 
btw. Not overwritten, but I now have two DEVONthink files, so I’m going to delete the old one.
Just delete no app cleaner of cause!
