I have made considerable use of a feature that seems to be gone.
Previous to the last two releases (I guess), I could hover over a local (in-database) link in the document pane, and it would display the path of the document at the other end of the link. This would show up in the URL field of the navigation bar. Now the field is blank. I couldn’t find anything in the Preferences, Help or Forum that even mentions this feature, which existed since DTP 1.
The tooltip is not very useful, as it gives the URI of the internal link (e.g., x-devonthink-item://), not the location and name of the document.
I often put earlier versions of a document into archive groups, so it’s nice to know exactly which version the link points to.
I hope I explained this well enough - I would otherwise have to upload a couple of screen shots with annotations, etc. from two different versions of DEVONthink Pro Office. Of course I will if I have to, but it might take a while.
