I have two separate windows open and each time I navigate to certain folders(groups) they seem to open in the other window.
This is really confusing and disturbs my workflow. Anyone has a suggestion?

How do you exactly navigate to the groups?
By clicking the group name in the sidebar.
Could you upload a screencast of the behavior and post a link to it?
Are these groups favorites? Do you single- or double-click on them?
