full-screen ready-for lion?
Sure.
Let’s say I have had a legit copy of Lion (and nothing more on that) and I am not seeing the little arrows upper right to take it FS. it goes full but with menubar still showing.
Sorry, my fault - I thought that you’re referring to DEVONthink’s own fullscreen mode. Version 2.2 is “only” compatible to Lion but future releases will take advantage of new features of Lion (like fullscreen).
