I am new to DT and have a question. I read somewhere (I think…) that the files we put into DT are accessible using Finder. Is that correct? I have looked for information, but cannot find it again. Can someone please point me to where to find it, or correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks!
Technically, they are but you should not. Your interaction with these files should be done through DEVONthink.
To expand further on what Jim said, if accessing your files using the Finder is important, you might want to consider indexing them into the database rather than importing them.
