No results when sort according to relevance is checked

I just recognized a strange behavior. When I chose “relevance” in the field “sort according to” I se no results (but there should be 8 - which is by far to few on my system to the subject “Kellerautomaten”). The other sorting options so show a list of files. Any hints to fix this?

The results seem to be collapsed, you can expand them by moving the mouse to the right of “RESULTATE”.

Thanks for the fast reply ist is, nearly, the reason. There is a text “Einblenden” on the right side, but this text is invisible as long as the mouse pointer is nor very close to it. So I did not see this text. Maybe one can fix this that the text is permanently visible.
