Just want to be sure I’m not missing this somehow. I can’t figure out how to sort by state (i.e. “flagged,” “Locked,” “read,” “unread,” and so on). Is this possible in DTP? It’s fairly common in other dbase programs, so I’m not sure if I’ve just missed the particular way that DTP accomplishes this.
It’s only possible to sort by flag right now.

Note that if you use the full Search window (Tools > Search), you can search the status of Flag, Unread, Locking and/or Label (with or without other search criteria)—across all open databases, in a specific database or in a specific group.
