No volume discounts for Family/Friends offer?

I’m unable to change the quantities of the order when I try the Family/Friends offer. Don’t volume discounts apply for these orders? Do we have to order one license at a time if we use this offer? Adding the product from the homepage->product page doesn’t provide the discount given with this offer.

No other discounts apply. And as the offer says, the discount is only available from the Newsletter-provided link. It’s a “thank you” for Newsletter subscribers, emphasizing “back to school” timing of the offer.
