Just upgraded to version 4, and every time I open the app, I get this error:
File/Action: The operation couldn’t be completed. Operation not permitted.
Info: Operation not permitted (NSPOSIXErrorDomain 1)
Everything seems to be working and synching. Any idea what’s causing this?

Okay, I’ve narrowed it down to one database (as the error message appears only when I open that database). It’s my index of a large folder on my hard drive. When I ran Verify Database, the log said “Successfully verified”. But when I ran Checked File Integrity, I got a large number of “Invalid file integrity, checksum is different” messages.
Should I just delete this database and re-index that folder?
