Been using a ScanSnap to scan a bunch of documents… really nice!
One thing I’ve noticed, though, if I run the scans into DTPO they end up pretty large (if, say, I drag them out of DTPO and onto the desktop). If I run them through Acrobat Pro 8.0 they’re substantially smaller. Any ideas what’s taking up the extra size? The ScanSnap is generating the smaller files so DTPO is fluffing up the size a good bit, it seems?
