Hi,
I am using DTPO 2.9.8 on MacOS 10.12.2 and a ScanSnap.
Unfortunately OCR within DTPO is not working (anymore).
After a scan I see DTPO processing my PDF document and it ends with a PDF w/o text.
In the Logs the following entry appears “File/Action xyz.pdf Info: No Text”.
If I try to convert a PDF to a searchable PDF Documents using the DTPO convert to function, the OCR starts but I end up with a PDF-only document (no text).
Any idea or help how to solve this issue?
