Omitting Certain Documents from Classify/Search

One other quick question:

Is there a way to omit documents from the search or classify feature. I’d like to be able to keep some “masters”–that is, really long documents with lots of words–without having them always show up at the top of my classify or search results.

Sure. Select a document and open the Info panel. There, you can exclude it from Search, Classification, See Also and Tagging.
