Only Inbox will NOT sync

Hi All,

I am trying to sync my databases from Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

I have almost everything syncing except the main Inbox, and only on my iPhone. The Mac and iPad are syncing.

I get a “Not yet synced” message on my iCloud (CloudKit) sync in the triangle with the exclamation mark on my

iPhone.

All the rest are syncing. YAY!

How could I fix this?

I’m hesitant to delete it because I may have data in the iPhone’s main Inbox that I don’t want to lose.

99% of the way there! It’s just this last bit of syncing!

Thank you for the help!

the encryption key seems to be invalid. Please enter the correct encryption key and try again

Thank you for the reply! I changed them on all devices. It worked!

But now, after that initial sync, I am not seeing the items in my Databases sync.

For instance: I changed all the RTF documents to Plain Text in a database on my 2022 Macbook Pro and they are still RFT on my iPad.

It’s been days since I’ve made the change. I’ve opened and closed the database a few times. Is there a way to ensure Sync? I am currently doing sync via iCloud (cloudKit).

Or is there a more stable sync I could use? Dropbox?

This question has been discussed many times here – search is your friend. There are people for whom iCloud works just fine, and others for whom it’s not reliable enough. Dropbox seems ok (from what I get by reading here), as is WebDAV in my own experience. And there’s of course always Bonjour, which seems to be the best method (in terms of reliability and speed) if you do not really need remote sync.

Again: Avail yourself of the forum’s search function to learn about the experiences of others.

I don’t need remote sync, and have been using WebDAV (with a Synology NAS) for a few years fine, as well as the faster and always reliable Bonjour.
